Kinross Global Leadership Forum held in Toronto

Sixty-eight leaders from across the Company met in Toronto for a Leadership Forum with the goal of identifying, codifying and evolving our Kinross culture.

Attendees were asked to be creative and think outside of the box about our broader values to achieve the goal of evolving our current culture and articulating our “People Commitments.”

“Our people are our strength,” said J. Paul Rollinson, President & CEO. “Our distinct Kinross culture is a valuable asset that I am proud of. We have a shared belief in our four core values, keeping people safe, a shared pride in consistently delivering on our commitments and a shared commitment to technical and operations excellence combined with fiscal conservatism.”

The Leadership Forum moved the ball forward to create a tangible and concrete set of ‘People Commitments’ at the Company.

Stay tuned for more information and next steps in the coming months.
