We are happy to announce that Kinross has been named one of the Greater Toronto Area’s Top Employers for 2019!
The award is published yearly by The Globe and Mail and celebrates companies exceeding workplace best practices within the Greater Toronto Area (GTA).
The judges evaluated companies based on their physical workplace, work atmosphere and social initiatives, benefits, compensation and work-life balance, employee communications, performance management, training and skills development, and community involvement.

Kinross was recognized for their professional development initiatives, such as the Generation Gold program and Kinross University, along with their strong culture and employee incentive programs.
Representatives from the Toronto office attended a luncheon on December 7th to accept the award on behalf of the Company.
