In 2014, we will continue to build on the momentum of our 2013 safety record. Based on an analysis of fatal incidents within Kinross over the past ten years, we’ve identified three high-risk areas:
- Road Going Vehicles
- Permit-to-Work
- Contractor Management
These three areas will be the focus of an upcoming Fatality Prevention Program the Health & Safety team will be rolling out throughout the year.
