Where are you headed for your third assignment, and why?
I am going to Fort Knox, Alaska. The two managers I’ve worked with since joining the Gen Gold program came from Fort Knox. The site has one of the best operational performances at Kinross, and their grinding plant is pretty similar to the one I’ve worked with at Paracatu.
They also have a semi-autogenous grinding (SAG) mill, which is a piece of equipment that fascinates me. I hope to learn as much as I can about it if I’m at Fort Knox.
