What motivated you to pursue a global mobility assignment?
When I started working with Kinross at the Paracatu site, I learned I enjoy working in different countries, meeting new people, and new cultures. Global mobility gives me an opportunity to travel and see other places that I would not have working at home.
Why did you choose your current location in Tasiast?
I had worked in Tanzania before, and enjoyed my experience in Africa. I saw an opportunity to work in West Africa again, and loved the idea of living in the Canary Islands.
