On February 24th, we completed the acquisition of Great Bear Resources.

On the day of the transaction’s closing, we hosted an ‘Integration Day’ for Great Bear employees in Red Lake, Ontario, where they met with Kinross representatives and learned more about our culture, values and who we are as a Company.
The event was attended by Kinross leadership including Paul Tomory, Executive Vice-President and Chief Technical Officer, Kathleen Grandy, Senior Vice-President, Global Human Resources, and Jeremy Brans, among other Kinross representatives.
“The Integration event was a great success and excellent opportunity to meet face-to-face with the new members of our Kinross team,” said Jeremy Brans. “We are excited to add Great Bear to our portfolio and to positively contribute to the Red Lake community.”
