Check out the new Gen Gold!

We are excited to announce the relaunch of the Generation Gold Program through a new section available on Kinross University.

The refreshed Generation Gold Program consists of two 18-month assignments at different Kinross mine sites as well as a two-week ‘Foundation School’ at the corporate headquarters in Toronto, Canada.

Eligible candidates for the new program have approximately two years of Kinross experience in the fields of metallurgy, mine engineering, or geology.

“The refreshed Generation Gold Program offers our internal employees the opportunity to gain experience in a variety of challenging environments which strengthens their knowledge of Kinross operations,” said Esther Girgis, Director, Talent Management, Leadership and Learning.  “With the new section on Kinross U, we aim to bring more awareness to the Program and inspire employees to consider opportunities for the development of their careers.”

The new section is home to all information regarding eligibility and application processes, along with a FAQ for candidates and managers. Current Gen Gold participants and their leaders can also access individual learning plans and track their progress.
