In Chirano, Valentine’s Day is celebrated as ‘Chocolate Day’ in celebration of the rich production of cocoa in the region. In the photo, Adriano Soreira, Vice-President and General Manager, Chirano, celebrated Valentine’s Day with schoolchildren from the Akoti, Etwebo and Bibaiani districts.
Kinross made a donation that included chocolates, biscuits and other yummy treats. Approximately 3,045 schoolchildren across the region enjoyed Kinross’ donations on this fun day.
