Since joining the Continuous Improvement (CI) team one year ago, Abou Sow (CI Support Analyst) has played a critical role identifying and helping facilitate CI opportunities at Tasiast and ensuring the department stays within budget.

Abou has been a leading contributor when it comes to:

• gathering data and field information, and completing analysis to help identify and prioritize improvement opportunities
• providing effective analytical support for the department
