Video: See how Kinross Nevada is ‘Mining Vegas for Talent’

Kinross Nevada recently launched the ‘Mining Vegas for Talent’ initiative in collaboration with Nevada (NV) Careers that aims to recruit new employees from underserved communities by raising awareness about the opportunities available at Kinross and in the mining industry.

The program welcomes new employees to the mine regardless of their work or education experience and teaches them the necessary skills to have a successful career in mining.

As part of this program’s launch, Kinross Nevada and NV Careers profiled four employees who have benefited from the opportunities available at Kinross Nevada by sharing their stories and background that led them to the mining industry and the experiences they have had since working at Kinross.
