Paracatu’s Gastronomy Catalogue
In partnership with local cooks, Kinross Paracatu published a catalogue of traditional dishes and recipes from the region in April 2013. As part of the Integrar Program, which creates personal and professional development opportunities for the local community, the catalogue includes recipes for buns, cookies, cakes and other traditional dishes. Access the catalogue here (available in Portuguese and English only).
