On March 8, 2022, we celebrated International Women’s Day – a global initiative to acknowledge the social, economic, cultural and political achievements of women around the world. In 2021, we launched the ‘Women of Kinross,’ an opportunity for women from our operating regions to share their advice for women in mining in an effort to connect our female employees across our global operations.
