Why did you pursue the Generation Gold program?
When I first learned about the Generation Gold Program, I saw an opportunity to work at different gold mine sites, while still working for the same company.
I knew it would be a great opportunity to learn mining best practices from around the world, and also learn about different cultures.
I’ve worked with very experienced professionals, which has definitely helped accelerate my career development in ways that one position could not.
